He has provided operational consulting services to the after-sales departments of numerous OEMs, including Great Wall, Changan, GAC Trumpchi, FAW Hongqi, SAIC‑GM, Volkswagen, and Nissan, and has developed the flagship 360-degree operations management training series for 4S dealerships. In 2025, he assumed the role of Deputy General Manager of Qizhong Group’s FD Division, overseeing the development and enhancement of top-performing benchmark stores nationwide.
